You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. We at Chicluxe value our customer's time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket.
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas, it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email
- Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on a cart value of ₹699 or above. Also, Flat ₹99 will be charged on orders. This shipping fee is nonrefundable.
